IcelandBLÁFJÖLL SKI AREABLÁFJÖLL SKI AND RECREATION COMMITTEE Under the administration of the Bláfjöll Ski Park Committee, which is comprised of 13 towns & counties, plus 2 sports clubs, Fram and Armann, 5 different areas of Bláfjöll have been connected. While the skiing is more for novice and intermediates, it does provide Reykjavik with a day area. Services are limited, but the area is only a half hour outside of town. This is the country's largest ski area.
