Norefjell was the venue for the downhill events during the 1952 Olympics. It is well established as an alpine skiing resort with a variety of terrain for all levels. Cross country enthusiasts will find well-marked and prepared trails. Its about 15 minutes to Lake Kroderen and has good surrounding scenery. Slopeside, lake view lodging, and apartments are all well established.
